Investing in Yourself
Engaging in therapy is a commitment to yourself and potentially your relationships. It is also a financial commitment, a time commitment, and most of all, a commitment to work together.
When you enter into this process you are also making an investment in yourself, just as you might invest in a new home, a good car or an education. It is an investment that will bring a better quality of life. The benefits of a good investment end up actually costing you less over the long run and lasting longer. By dedicating yourself to the process of therapy, you will probably feel better and improve your ability to deal with the specific issues that brought you to therapy. You will also likely gain new skills and a renewed strength that you can draw upon when facing other challenges in your life.
Financial Investment
Individual Therapy: $100 per 60-minute session
Couples' Therapy: $120 per 90-minute session
**Please note, the fit between a client and their therapist is very important. A positive working relationship helps foster trust. For this reason, I offer a free initial consultation. This may be used over the phone or in person.**
