 Investing in Yourself
Engaging in therapy and/or coaching is a commitment to yourself and/or potentially your relationships. It is also a financial commitment, a time commitment, and most of all, a commitment to work together.
When you enter into either of these processes you are also making an investment in your self, just as you might invest in a new home, a good car or education. It is an investment that will bring a better quality of life. The benefits of a good investment end up actually costing you less over the long run and lasting longer. By dedicating yourself to the process of therapy and/or coaching, you will probably feel better and improve your ability to deal with the specific issues that brought you to therapy or coaching. You will also likely gain new skills and a renewed strength that you can draw upon when facing other challenges in your life.
Financial Investment
Individual Therapy: $100 per 60-minute session;
Couples' Therapy: $130 per 90-minute session
Coaching: Monthly package: $300 for 2 - 90-minute sessions plus e-mail & phone support beween sessions
Single session options: $140 per 90-minute session; $100 per 60-minute session; $75 per 45 min session
**Please note, the fit between a client and her therapist/coach is very important. A positive working relationship helps foster trust. For this reason, I offer a free initial consultation. This may be used over the phone or in person.**
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
Payment
Cash or check are accepted for payment. Visa payments are accepted in the Toronto office location.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided at least 24 hours notice in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
